Best Android Tablet’s Q1 2014 on a Budget under $100

When you are looking for an Android tablet on a budget you end up finding a lot of tablets you have never heard of. Many of these low cost tablets are also low end although you can find some good ones if you look hard enough. We decided to make it a little easier on you by compiling a list of the ones worth looking at. The idea of a list originally came from a business looking to buy a few hundred tablets for potential clients but wanting to keep the cost per tablet around $100. With $100 as a price point we compiled a list for those of you that may have the same budget.

These tablets are by no means new tablets as of this year although they are still nice tablets on a budget.  Also keep in mind that they will not be as powerful as a brand new high end tablet either.

Best Android Tablets Under $100

1. ASUS MeMO Pad ME172V-A1-GR VIA WM8950 – The first tablet on our list is the ASUS MeMO Pad 7-inch tablet since it packs some pretty good specs for a low cost tablet with its 16GB storage and 1GB DDR3 memory. Another good reason to check this one out is the fact that its running a newer version of Android, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. I won’t lie to you, one of the reasons the MeMO Pad was chosen as the winner in this category is the fact that ASUS has been known to support their tablets very well.

2. Lenovo A1000 (59374135) – Coming in second is the Lenovo A1000, again a name brand tablet on a budget. We have placed it second only because it has integrated graphics and half the hard drive storage. This being said its still a great tablet and was very close to being number 1.

3. AGPtek TP718AQ+p45 – This AGPtek tablet may be brand that you’ve never heard of but we have to say the specs are not that bad for a tablet you can get brand new for $99. Of the three this one has the fastest 1.5GHz processor, Android 4.2 and an HDMI out port. Although some of the other features keep it under the other two like it not having bluetooth and its smaller 2650mAh battery.

I’m sure there are many other Android tablets out there under $100 worth mentioning although its hard to find the good ones.  Most of your budget tablets once in hand are as cheaply made and slow as expected although as you see above you can still find a good one if you look hard enough.  Personally I think the Lenovo vs the ASUS tablets are personal preference as they both have redeeming features.

If you have others to add or think we are wrong about our picks above let us know as we along with others would love your input.
