Pantech announced the release of their Vega S5 in South Korea with its 5-inch IPS LCD 720p display. One of the best features of this new phone is the fact that it comes with a 13-megapixel camera with absolutely no shutter lag. Of course the phone will come with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box.

While we have mentioned a few features of the Pantech Vega S5, the one thing that really stands out is its own voice assistant that they call “Smart Voice. For a list of features see below:
